Can i bleach just one spot of a white tshirt?? or do i have to soak it?

i have this white cotton tshirt that ended up getting a chocolate milk stain on it (or icecream?? idk) and it sat in the shirt long enough to stick in the shirt.... it has pink printing on the top corner of the front and all over the back.... i dont wanna soak it in bleach but idk if i can just put it on one spot or not??? or is there anything else i can do??? i need it for tomorrow morning so i can buy any products! haha... i neeeeeed heeelp!!
