Help me with my yu-gi-oh deck?

I'd completely rebuild a deck from scratch. There is no consistent theme at all. You have reptiliiane, Naturia, beasts, and just random monsters overall. If I were you I would focus on a theme you already have some cards for and try to get more to benefit the deck. Naturia's have some pretty good cards, along with Jurrac monsters. Maybe you could try building one of those decks.
