What is this blue stuff?

this blue stuff is coming out of my penis... Its kind of clear but still shows blueness. It always happens afterr i shower and about 15 mins later, my pants would be soaked in the area and it would leave a hint of blueness. WHAT IS THIS?? I'm very scared, my personal doctor is not working at the moment due to his family problems. I NEED HELP?!?
