Is this a modeling scam?!!?

i recently added a Skout app on my ipod touch, where you meet different people etc. so a man messages me and asks if ive ever thought of modeling because hes a talent searcher andi said yes and gave him my contact info. He messages me all the time and says he made me a comp card to show buisnesses such as VS abercrombie etc. and says Victorias secret is interested in me. i get suspicious and email a person he claims to be from Victorias secret seeing if theyve heard from this other man they answer yes we're interested.. things started feeling kinda sketchy so i blocked the original person to message me from my phone. The other day an unknown number messages me and says hes from victorias secret and is very interested in having me model for them and said he would like to meet with me and my parents ina month or.. should i be worried and delete this number too or could it be legit?
