Is there anyway to email a World of Warcraft moderator directly?

My account got hacked and than banned for spamming business ads. I also noticed that on the battle.net website I had one player created that I didn't create. I sent in a ticket but nothing has come back yet. I really don't want to be banned because for 1. I just bought the game and Burning Crusades expansion pack and for 2. I didn't do anything. Please help me out
