Aggression/increased anger when taking sertraline?

I suffer from severe clinical depression, and I tried Zoloft (sertraline) for six months or so. It was horrible. I had the constant feeling of being stunned, like someone had just hit me in the face with a shovel. I kept wanting to shake my head to clear the "thick" feeling, as if I'd been punched and was reeling. It also severely affected my dreams. Normally I have well-plotted, fully-narrative dreams, but the entire time I was on Zoloft they were fragmented and nonsensical. I've heard from others who have also had bad experiences with Zoloft. I would never recommend it to anyone.
