Is there any way to report offensive Emails?

I get probably 50 emails a week if not more from different senders that are offensive, sexually explicit and unwanted. I send them to the spam folder but get 15 more when I do that. How do I report AND stop them. I think these senders should be held responsible for their sometimes shocking email content.
